Brown/EVIDENCE is thrilled to share that On Our Toes in the Hamptons returns on Sunday, August 24th celebrating the Company’s milestone 40th anniversary in 2025 with a premiere performance at the historic Guild Hall in East Hampton, featuring the work of Ronald K. Brown with special guest artists. Enhancing the celebration, join us Saturday August 23rd for an added day of cultural exploration, featuring a community class taught by Ron Brown; master class with dramatic soprano Angela Reneé Simpson; Dinner Concert and Fireside Chat, all leading up to Sunday’s festivities.

WEEKEND LINEUP

Saturday, August 23

  • Morning: Master Class in Classical Music – An immersive vocal session led by dramatic soprano Angela Reneé Simpson 

  • Early Afternoon: Community Dance Class - led by Ronald K. Brown and Arcell Cabuag

  • Evening: Dinner Concert & Fireside Chat – Savor a chef-curated dinner at a private estate plus Fireside Chat moderated by Susan L. Taylor, Founder, National CARES Mentoring Movement & Editor-in-Chief Emerita, Essence Magazine.

 

Sunday, August 24

  • Late Morning: pre-performance brunch at Cittanuova in East Hampton

  • Mid Afternoon: Performance by EVIDENCE, A Dance Company and an opportunity to bid on unforgettable items in a special in-house auction
